we saw this ginormous sign that we missed on our way in, so we stopped for photos. mom and dad.





us again~ i wasn't sitting cos i heard some weird hissing sound which sounded very like a snake. but as usual, no one believed me.

yupp. that's the end of a very long and enjoyable day at knotts' berry farm, LA.



okays. so the next day, we got ready for our long road trip to our next destination, Las Vegas, the city of a million lights. yeahh we got up early in the morning, and started driving. . .



saw the snowy mountains on the way there. i took a picture. ain't it a beauty.



this picture, i stuck my hand (holding the camera) out the car window to take a picture.
we were headed for Death Valley. and after that, we would hit las vegas. it was a long ride and we only reached circus circus(our hotel) at 9pm. 

 
 
 
  

so we took our second roller coaster which was known as the boomerang. that's cos. the ride first starts off with this gigantic slope down, and then it gives the coaster enough power to go through two loops. before we go up another slope. but this time, when we go down the slope again, we're travelling backwards. lols. i dunno how to explain it, but yeah, u get the idea. it was way freaky.. me and my sis swore never to sit that again.



now, this is the whole full ride of the silver bullet which is the biggest and waviest ride in the entire theme park. we survived that! can u believe it mann!

18th dec. knotts berry farm.

do not. i repeat, do not be deceived by the name of this theme park. knott's berry farm. oh its probably where all little itsy bitsy kids go to pick berries. oh, and its probably where strawberry shortcake originated from. NO! WRONG! absolutely not. in fact, the famous character, the star character in this theme park is snoopy! u noe, the peanuts comic strip. black and white dog. yupp, snoopy.

so this is me and my sis, we just arrived at the theme park. look at our happy faces thinking its a harmless berry farm.



totally changed when we saw this ride! the silver bullet. we're actually on tht ride, our dad took a shot but u can't possibly see us on it. we were alr screaming at that time. (ahhhhhh!!)



the ride just ended! lols.



and this is us! we made it! YEAH WE SURVIVED!! 

hahas. its dark alr in disneyland, but its opened till 12am. so we just stayed till then. we were waiting for the water show to start.
at first i was thinking like.. oh normal water show and all tht. but it was SO much more! like they had the jolly roger(captain hook's ship) sail right across us on the lake, and peter pan and captain hook were fighting. and then the familiar *tick tock tick tock* and the next min, this giant alligator was following behind the ship! it was so cool.

anyways, then next they projected a picture onto this water curtain.


this is the picture. its the magic mirror in snow white. kinda dark but yeahh.


after the water show there was parade and we happened to be standing in the snow zone. so its like, there was 'snow'. well, it wasn't really real snow. its just foam. but its supposed to add to the atmosphere you know.

and that concludes my magical and unforgettable trip to disneyland, california(Los Angeles)

it was so scary lahs. i practically freaked! (aud and kwai, its worse than panasonic, cos this is like 7 storey high!)

and this is the famous 'its a small world' ride which focuses greatly, no, mainly on world peace. there are ppl from every country inside this ride, and u can hear the continuous tune of "its a world of laughter, a world of tears, its a world of hope and a world of fears.."

and that's a small world! =) 

our first ride in adventureland. the river cruise! FUN LEHS. very exciting as compared to the dinosaurland in Genting which by that time i thought was absolutely nothing.
there were pirahnas and all kinda animals. exciting =)


this was in the pirates of the caribbean ride. i took a snapshot and an announcement came out and said " no flash photography during the ride please, thank you."
oops, they must be like sensitive to the flash or smth, cos it was freakingly bright.

and this is another one of my favourites, its call the haunted mansion holiday.
we all thought it was featuring eddie murphy cos of the word 'haunted mansion'
turned out it was based on the 'nightmare before xmas', and they had all the songs during the ride, it was WAY cool. i sat it twice! =)

that's me and my sis. her mouth looks weird cos she's trying to show that she can breathe 'smoke' out, which is actually vapour. And then her wild imagination grows such that she proclaimed herself as a smoke-breathing dragon. *oooh scary*
