STYLE!

i finally went out with...


hahahs i finally went out with style ytd!
(everyone will have no idea what i'm talking about but nvm)
went for a long long talk,
to catch up, and finally went for teabreak at nebo cafe.
the chair there was super comfortable
but dunno why i was so extremely clumsy ytd.
i knocked the chair into the table, dropped my phone twice,
pulled the WRONG menu, andd upsetting the entire display of order forms.

finally we settled for blueberry waffles(for style) and cheese fries for me!
(talking about it makes me hungry, i'm always hungry at night.)
talked about a whole lot more of things.
style aso inspired me to be more hardworking
(thanks style, i really completed all my homework on time today)

after that, we went to walk around amk hub,
style decided to buy her haivanas slippers.
VERY VERY PRETTY!
the price is also ridiculously pretty,
but style's policy is that if its worth it,
denn its okay to buy, correct?
andd she loved it so much,
so i bet its worth every cent =D

anyways, style,
i jus wanna say,
no matter what problems you have,
sure got ways out of it one.
andd no matter wad,
you'll always have my listening ear whenever u got any problems.
i'm sure everything will turn out okay for u de.
guaranteed, plus chop.

so dun worry too much about those problems.
must always stay happy and dun stop making the ppl around u laugh!

even if its true,

i also wish u all the best for ur exam results

tmr is a friday again.
long long day for me,

seriously, even i can't remember.
but that's only cos of the 3 tests andd plenty of homework
that i have this week.

but today marks the end of all my tests.
although i still have tmr, which would be the longest day of the week.

i went to catch the sneak preview last saturday.

we landed on each other's property.

we headed back to school where we go ready to enter LT4

which was today.
we were gonna get our ears pierced! woohoos.

BUT most importantly first,
LUNCH!

pasta mania!!!!!

i finally tried a new dish other than my usual-and-always arrabiata.
today, i had spicy chicken!!!
but guess wad?
its actually arrabiata WITH chicken.
so im still eating the same pasta as always.

had a FULL FULL FULL lunch,
andd even played this eating game to finish off sy's last piece of garlic bread.
guess who lost, TWICE summore!

after lunch, we went to walk walk around to digest our food.
only went to bits and pieces around 3.
ohh yeah, and eunice found her long-lost fren.

finally when we went to bits and pieces,
eunice met the same guy there who helped her with her ear piercing
two days ago!!!
BRAVE EUNICE went first,
but to our horror, she looked like she was gonna cry
after the guy pierced her ears.
that freakin` scared me like crazyy!!!

but, tht guy was extremely patient andd waited for us
to calm down while we were panicking like chickens.
i went next andd it was a one minute thing.
yeahh it was definitely more painful than my first one,
but after a while the pain jus wore off.

the funniest was shanyi man!
she practically jumped when the guy pierced her ear.
andd he managed to cover her mole on her ear!
wuahahahs.
(oops, shanyi, i hope ur mom doesn't come to my blog)

my mom will freak if she knew i had more than 2 ear piercings as well.
which is why, its best to NOT let her know about this at all.
worst come to worst,
i could say i got a pimple on my ear and decided to cover it with glitter
so it wouldn't look so bad.
(like she'll believe it man)

sooo...SVE are now the proud owners of new ear piercings!
next time i look in the mirror,
i cann look at my ear hole and think to myself,
"HEY i pierced this with SVE."

but, when i got home,
i totally forgot about my ear piercings,
andd went on to munch on prawn rolls given by my mom.
it was only until i was on my 2nd last piece did i realise,
'oh shit. no seafood for two weeks.'
accident! andd its barely a couple of hours only.
good job man.

i finally got new moon to read!
BUT sadly, 3/4 of the book is about jacob.
andd im really not interested to read about him.
so i jus keep re-reading the front few chapters when edward is still in the story.
i feel like just skipping the entire centre portion andd continue
from the part where edward returns to her!

just saw the cast of twilight,
from an email shanyi sent to me.
edward is SO not how i imagined...
im thinking of not watching it at all,
so that the edward of my imagination remains clearly in my mind.

ahh well, gotta end here.
still got homework to do.

its valentine's day today!!!

frankly, i wasn't feeling as enthu about valentine's day
as compared to last year.
that all changed when i went to school.
early in the morning,
i received two flowers frmm audchong and yx!
red roses frm audchong.
thanks buddy they're beautifuL!!

andd a bright yellow sunflower from yx!
i simply LOVELOVELOVE sunflowers!
firstly, cos its yellow,
andd it jus cheers you up!
nothing beats the striking yellow petals of the sunflower
contrasting against the clear blue sky.
its probably the most beautiful combination ever!



i also got the funniest present from shanyi,
really sweet of her to make that present even though she was sick
(and i apologise for my lousy present, but i seriously dunno
how to improvise it such that it looks like a heart! lols.)
andd her card made me LOL!
until mr teo had to tell me off.
but its really very very funny!!!
hahahahs. thanks pal!

denn after econs,
everyone started gift exchanging!
andd denn everything started to get exciting.
the girls of 0720 made the bestest best valentines presents ever!
oh and of cos not forgetting leon,
who made some cute clay-ishh pink things.
i'm sure the guys meant to get involved,
i mean, they even took part in the gift exchange thing which is really nice.
i got a present for the gift exchange from my angel, joan!
its really cute, thanks loads loads loads.
andd gave my present as well!
i got kim as my mortal, hope she liked her present xDD



after our break,
i bought a whole load of straws andd started folding straw hearts.
denn me eunice andd shanyii cooperated to produce 26 straw hearts
for our class! small token of our love for 0720!



denn we also got to watch ratatoille during CT!
remy is so cute, but most of the time i wasn't watching,
onlii listening to his voice the whole time while i folded
my straw hearts!

got loadsa chocolates today which rocked!
valentines is all about the chocolates mans!

after school,
i had wanted to rush to yx school as i was on..
AN IMPORTANT MISSION.
but she was strongly against it so i didn't go to AJ in the end.
was stuck downstairs cos i didn't bring my house keys.

yx ended school early so we met up earlier andd
went to amk hub.
met cheryl andd ames there.
wuahahs shy boy mans tht one.
yanlan joined us later,
along wif *****
so this valentine's day wasn't much of a diff
from last year.

went to the newly renovated market to eat dinner.
but my appetite has gone horribly wrong!
i didn't crave for anything at all,
andd all i ate the entire day was maggi noodles
for lunch!
well, and abit of hokkien mee for dinner.
after whcih we went back to amk hub to get some things settled,
andd denn headed back home.

that concludes my valentines day!
andd i hope all of u hadd the most amazingly wonderful valentines day!!
appreciate your frens and loved ones well!

btw, valentines day taught me a gd lesson.
that valentines day and practical stuff dun mix well.
how are you gonna show ur loved ones u truly care
if you give them practical things?
sometimes, the least practical things often
makes people the happiest and make them feel loved.
(it also counts who u receive it frm)

i hate it when public holidays come to an end,
andd i have less than 50% of my homework completed.
andd its a monday tomorrow.
andd i am so NOT in the mood for school.

andd i have to think of a good excuse for not doing my DE homework.

duh. school!

i thinkk the only plus point is knowing i can get up a little later tmr morning.
but tht's not very comforting as well.
worse still,
i just realised i can't even get my fav actor's name right.
the entire adventure of van helsing was depicted on the walls,
but i thinkk i prefer the show better. at least jack hughman was cute.

KUNG FU DUNKK`

shiok mans.
my first movie for the chinese new year!
the tix here are super cheap as compared to those in sg.
its like RM$12 to watch a movie.
and for Rm$18, which is like sg's price,
you cann get popcorn and drinks as well.

went for the 6.54pm movie.
so excited to be finally watching jay's movie again!
secret was so good okay!

teeehees.

20 mins into the show,
you cann see jay dressed in this super cool wugong outfit.

with that outfit,
and his kungfu moves,
as well as his expression
and amazingly innocent-look.
thinkk he cann mesmerise girls arh?

CAN! he mesmerised me like siao!
i was so...'wahhhh....' during the movie.
the first part was stupidly funny!
andd i laughed non-stop.

but what was the best was the games.
damn cool lahs the way they dunk in the ball.
like no kick lidat.
if things were so simple,
all the NBA players wouldn't be training so hard everyday alr.
they'll be in China, learning kungfu frm some temple there.

anyways, here's his co-star in the show.
she looked super chio lahs!
in the show she look cute cute one.

look where he place his hands man!
aiyas guess its normal.
after all, he's got the looks,
so the girl shouldn't be feeling disadvantaged.

hahahas the funny thing was,
during the show, whenever they show those close up shots of him,
shanyi's voice would go through my head,
"his fringe is fake. its all extensions."
hahahah so although he still looks terribly cute,
he has fake hair!

who i really thought was handsome,
is the guy to the left.
i really dunno who is he,
andd i only know his name is xiao lan
he looks really familiar but i really dunno where i've seen him before.


today, i also tried out the van helsing live!

the ticket was rather pricey.
like RM$25 for admission.
at first, it looked rather creepy
andd i was genuinely scared, although i knew the show wasn't really scary.
we went in with 3 other guys, who didn't look so scared(like us)
at the entrance, saw some weird figurine thingg and
nobody dared to step in.

BRAVE ME was the first one to step in,
but the lesson learnt is to not act brave when you're actually scared stiff on the inside.
cos the next minute,
the guy in-charge slammed the knocker against the door and
i s€creamed, jumped and ran outta the door,
managing to knock both my sis clean off their feet.

to my disappointment,
all that was inside was pictures on the wall,
they were supposed to have 3D effects but
the 3D glasses that were provided were those filmsy paper kind.
it couldn't even fit me, and it kept falling off whenever i ran.
so i gave up wearing them.
the entire walk was just screaming,
andd denn there was this crazyy guy who popped outta nowhere
from some hidden door and scared the crap outta us!
i screamed like nobody's business andd the 3 guys weren't helping!
they jus kept laughing like we were some live comedy show.

so basically, it was a total waste of my money,
or rather, my dad's money.
i thinkk i'd rather spend it on watching kung fu dunk another time.

the movies on tv today were nice for a change.
i watch hitch and she's de man!
cann never get sick of that show.

HAPPY CNYYY 2008!!!

yayyy its once again,
the time of the year where you'll see red everywhere!
its not only in singapore,
but in malaysia as well.
seriously, i had no idea they took cny so seriously.
everywhere here is red red and more red!
andd with all those oriental stuff,
makes me feel like i'm in some chinese country instead.

anyways,
did not go to school today cos i left for m'sia early in the morning,
REALLY early in the morning, at 6am.
fell asleep in the car cos i hardly slept the night before,
so time flew by andd by the time i knew it,
we were there!

the weather here is surprisingly good.
finally someplace that is unaffected by global warming! (hopefully)
spent the day shopppinggg!
most of the things are almost the same,
but it still feels more shiok to buy things here
although u can find the exact same thing back in singapore.

shopped for 3 hours straight,
when me and my sisters finally decided we had enough,
and headed back to the hotel.
my beloved lappy did the honour of keeping me occupied all the way till dinner!

dinner was at some chinese restaurant,
happy valley or something lidat.
i liked the loh hayy andd veggies alot,
as well as the chinese tea,
which is one of the best i've ever tasted.
other than tht, the fish was...icky, as usual.
i mean, it was swimming happily in the tank like 20 mins ago,
and the next min, its being served on some hotplate,
awaiting its fate of ending up in my family member's stomach.
i really dun understand how one can bring themself to eat the fish when
its practically STARING at u in the face.

ohwell, enough about fishes.
its kinda freaking me out.
after dinner, me&my sisters went to kbox for a while.
the kbox here is really not worth it if ur planning to sing quite a number of songs,
since its S$1 per song.
andd they haven't updated the system in like 98239427498374792 years.
so we stuck to the oldies like westlife, m2m,
JJlin's mu nai yi, jolin's shuo ai nii, and BU DE BU AI(pan wei bo)

sang all the way till 11+,
denn we had to head down cos they were gonna have firecrackers and fireworks to usher in the new year.
the place was damn packed,
worse than GSS okays.
but luckily we managed to find a spot where it was surprisingly empty.
camwhored abit andd denn the firecrackers went off.
firecrackers are cool,
but after 3 rows of firecrackers,
i was alr hoping it would end soon.
but since the auspicious number is 8,
had to go through 5 more rows of firecrackers,
my poor ear drums.

after which, the fireworks came.
fireworks are the bestest invention okay!
the next time u guys wanna view fireworks,
dun even consider marina bay's NDP fireworks.
those are nothing compared to what they have in Genting.
even disneyland's one can't compare lahs.
although disneyland's fireworks are really pretty,
since they even have one in the shape of mickey mouse,
they are so far away, its hardly worth watching.

the fireworks are best in genting because no matter where you're standing,
as long as you're out in the open,
the minute the fireworks go off,
you practically have to tilt your head 90degrees up to watch it.
yeah, its directly OVERHEAD.
andd its beautiful, andd magical.
jus staring at it for a few minutes leaves you mesmerised and denn
you will begin to wonder if ur dreaming or not.

denn this year they had this special addition where this fireworks like zoomed across the sky at an alarming fast speed.
i can't think of anything else that looks like them but tadpoles.
they ARE really the same shape.
andd they make this cute whizzing sound.
definitely my favourite fireworks =D
they also had one which was so bright
that it felt like daytime once again.

only damper was the fog which covered nearly 1/4 of the fireworks.
if the sky had been clear, it would have been much more beautiful.

my mom said since its CNY,
i should make it memorable by not sleeping throughout the night.
so here i am at starbucks, blogging.
hardly anyone is online now,
everyone's probably too busy playing mahjong.
hahahs i wanna play too!

OOH yeah.
guess wad show is up in the box office in Genting alr?
KUNG FU DUNK!
i'm not sure if its out in singapore yet,
but i'm gonna watch it tmr!
i'm hoping its as good as secret. =DD

also, there used to be this attraction here called haunted adventure
which i swore i would never step into.
its gone now, replaced by a new attraction called Van Helsing Live!
andd i wanna go in!
but looks scaryy from the outside.
anyways, its SOOOO much better than haunted adventure,
at least i know there's a storyline for Van Helsing
andd tht i'm not going in to scare the crap outta myself for nothing.

ookays, as much as i wanna blog more,
i have nothing else to say alr.
