thank you my one and only tingting~

no school today!!
wahahahs, but i did tidy up my studytable by alot alot!
what was once cluttered with loose worksheets and other rubbish is now CLEARED!
i cann finally see my table itself!
after i was done with my mini 'spring cleaning',
got readyy to go out to meet my tingting at tp.

after close to an hour of travel journey to tp,
i finally reached!
he ended lessons 2 hours earlier todayy,
means more time to spend together! wahahahs.

todayy, he was gonna cook for me!
teehees!
the first time a guy other than my dad cooked for me.
went to NTUC to look for ribeye steak,
but there was totally zero in stock!
couldn't find any at the other outlet,
i thinkk it was shop n save.
in the end, we settled for lean beef and steamboat beef~
also bought rojak! yummies!!

denn it was time for the pro to show off his skills!
lols!! it was more fun watching him cook than watching take home chef on travel and living!
the wayy he marinates the beef with that look of concentration!
hahahas.
the beef smelt REAL good when it was sizzling in the pan,
andd i couldn't wait to dig in!
finally when everything was done,
andd the kitchen was cleared,
we could finally settle down and enjoy the meal!

the first bite was the best!
either his cooking is very nice, or his cooking is very nice!
but.. i contributed the black pepper for the seasoning,
so that must be the reason why it tasted SO darn good! hahahahs.
of course there's some skills involved,
but its learn from me one right? xDD
anyways, it was really delicious,
andd it tasted so much better when i dun have to struggle to cut it myself! lols!
today's dinner was so super satisfyingg and it couldn't be better~
COOK FOR ME AGAIN PLEASE!! ^^

what better way to relax after dinner than to slackk in front of the tv,
which is wad we did.
two very lazie pigs indeed!
caught the new 9pm show also,
he only wanted to watch cos of rui en! lols!
(but secretly, he's watching it cos of his idol, chen han wei)
i still miss my detective show!! =(

anyways, thank youu laogong for cooking for me tonights!
its really the best best best meal!
even if u cook until the food is inedible,
i'll also find it nice one,
so plsplspls cook for me more okies? =DD

tmr will be a muggingg dayy for me and yl.
a levels drawing nearer and nearer!

in a few weeks, less than a month,

happy deepavali~

i would love deepavali even more if i had school today!
but anyways, wads not to love about a public holidayy right?
woke up bright and early this morning due to 2 reasons:

1) had a horrifyingg nightmare
2) i had agreed to go for a morning jog at east coast at 8am in the morning!

when my mom woke me up this morning,
i regretted my decision of promising her to go with them for their morning jog..
after about 15 mins of "okayy im getting up soon..." did i finally manage to crawl out of the comfort of my bed.
the weather was surprisingly nice this morning.
not too hot and not too cold, jus the right weather for me xDD,
my mood improved almost instantly.
den again, my parents always get sick of bringing me to east coast cos i see people bringing their dogs for walks over there,
and my whining would start about my getting a dog issue.
i think they're immune to it after all these years because all i got was a nod in response to all my whining.

we all started with a slow jog,
andd its amazing how the morning air cann really clear your mind.
it jus refreshes you so well that you feel like you're able to do anything and everything!
18 years of my life, and the only time i exercise so early in the morning is if my first period of school is PE, andd that is when i am most reluctant because i cann never figure out why teachers would even put first period of lesson as PE when the students are all still half asleep!

anyways, we only jogged for 20 mins andd denn we headed for breakfast at...
carl's jr.
so much for jogging in the morning in the hope of burning some fats.
then again, its been 9812938921839819381938924 years since i last ate at carl's jr
andd i gotta satisfy that craving that i have!!
very veryyy satisfyingg indeed.

headed home after that where i caught my tutor friend on tv with my sis.
it was a cute show, with a veryy typical storyline.
i could predict everything the entire time!
my afternoon was pretty rushed through,
and before i knew it..
its already 9.13pm!
been trying to complete my homework since 6.30...
not very successful with my computer in front of me.
everytime a song that i wanna listen to pops up in my head,
i'll youtube it and that often leads to listening to other songs,
checking up on blogs,
andd poof! 3 hours are gone, jus like that.
i thought having no more pw would leave me loads of free time on my own,
but it turned out the exact opposite.
the teachers are piling never-ending homework on us!
zzz...boreddded.

went to catch 20th century boys on saturday with ting2, style and GP battery!
lols! the show was pretty good,
but i can't believe that there is no ending!
there is a part two!!
i remember looking forward to death note 2 when i realised the first death note had no ending too.
maybe if kenichi matsuyama were to act in 20th century boys,
i'd want the series to go on and on and on!
i didn't really understand the entire show as well.
but it was good on the whole!
i enjoyed it loads~
went for dinner at the japanese pasta and pizza place on level 2 at cine.
walked past there a gazillion times but never ate there once.
the food was great! very yummy but extremely filling!!
had a great time catching up with style!
i miss our sec 4 days.. lols!

my dad says i should go catch the coffin.
that ickyy, kinda scaryy ghost movie that's already out in the cinemas.
the advert really spooked me out alot..
but i have never heard of this kinda ghost story before,
plenty on those in schools, old houses and buildings,
but never one like this.
i've recently taken interest in getting to know the story of saw once again,
but the first one and 1/3 of the 3rd movie kinda grossed me out enough to last me a lifetime!
but i wanna know more about why the guy is still not dead yet?
oh well, but i will also have to see when i'm feeling in the brave mood to go watch it anyways.

i still had chem mcq that day which was rather sadded...
but luckily, still had time at night.
planned to go roller-blading but my dilly-dallying took us ages and we only left for pasir ris around 6-ish. LOLS!
in the end, just went for dinner at that new shopping mall at downtown east.
dinner was great!!! =DD

after that we went to pasir ris beach to enjoy the really refreshing night air there,
and denn headed back to cg at around 11.
little did i know what he had planned up his sleeves.

anyways,
first present that i received!

back to the part where he had something planned up his sleeves.
when we reached cg,
he suddenly said he needed to go to the toilet,
nature calls right?
at 11.+pm in the night.
lols. i did suspect something,
but i had no idea what was going on.
he sneaked from the toilet all the way to the playground,
when suddenly i received a phone call from him,
in which i was to go to the playground area to look for him.

as the playground came into view,
my heart leaped as i saw sparklers that were lighted.
i ran over only to be presented with the cutest cake ever!!

of course this was after the sparklers had gone out.
it was really a pretty sight and i had no idea how he had gotten the cake there without me knowing,
and when he's spent nearly the entire day with me.
anyways, its the most unique one-of-a-kind cake that i'll ever get to see!
i've seen happy birthday, happy anniversary, but never this.
so super love it, awfully chocolate summore! woots!!!
chocolate makes me fat, but this is so worth it~ hahahas.

denn, he got me to face my back towards him again
as he was about to give me my second surprise.
only when instructed by him did i turn around,
to be presented with the cutest top ever!

we all had a great time pigging out,
while waiting for cheryl to arrive.
i FINALLY had a chance to indulge in my beef lasagne once again,

finally, cheryl arrived and we had this complimentary chicken drumlets
for i dunno what reasons,
and everybody was too full to touch em.
so.... better not let it go to waste,
i ate all of them. xDD
it was my supposed-ly birthday cake as well~
had a video of yx singing a birthday song for me,
but instead of normal clapping,
she flapped her arms like a chicken.

i'm shocked by the fact that its able to fit my head,
also, by the fact that everyone there remained so calm
even when i yelped in shock!
it could have been a real kidnapper right?
so i hobbled and wobbled all the way up the stairs,
in heels! IN HEELS!
i'm amazed i did not tumble down the steep flight of steps,
given the fact that i haven't fully mastered the skill of walking in high heels,
BLINDFOLDED!
andd denn all of a sudden,
i heard not just one,
but a few people singing birthdayy songg for me.
i yanked out the paper bag, only to see hwee miang and nicole
there as well!
so super shocked!! =O

in a matter of minutes,

sparked off by style,
by simply swiping abit of cream on nicole's face,
and before we knew it,
cake fight was at full blast mode!
luckily, there weren't many people there to notice 4 girls,
rather well-dressed, smashing tiramisu cake at each other!

all smothered in tiramisu cake after 30 mins of cake fight.
barely any cake left by the time we finished playingg.


cake on our faces, on our hair,
on our clothes, in our shoes, on our bags.
you name it, there will be cake.

it was a hard time to wash out all the cake,
my hair was all matted even after rinsing out all the cake and cream.
i smelt like butter that has been left out in the open for a few days..
didn't smell pleasant at all,
no tiramisu smell, but the butter smell. bleahhhs..
we took rather long in the toilet,
andd took the toilet for our own.
we splashed water on the floor like nobody's business,
and took our own sweet time to wash cake stains off our clothes before drying them under the hand dryer.
the cleaner on duty was not the least bit pleased,
that i'm sure of.

style presented me with her present in the toilet,
while we were waiting for nicole and hwee miang to get their clothes cleaned.

after about 40 mins of walking around,
we finally decided on a dress at a shop called hypnosis.

i got such a big shock it took me a few minutes to register if i was dreaming or not.
realised that im wide awake,
i called her and thanked her.
and she told me to remember to put the contents in the fridge.
