bored people often do brave things.
today was a good day cos i ended school quite early.
came home and after a shower,
i just sat down to watch a teeny weeny bit of tv to relax~
but when i turned on the tv,
this show just started screening.

i cann remember this show very well cos it was one of the movies that came out at the end of 2006 when i was working.
but i never got the chance to watch it.
so i decided to treat myself to watching this movie,
and guess wad? i watched it alone too!!!!
ALONE LEH!
okay la. it was like 4pm in the afternoon,
the sun was so bright, so half the time, there's reflection on the tv,
so i could barely see anything anyways.
but the storyline is quite interesting.
as are all other horror flicks.
that's the BIG problem!
i always want to watch it cos the storylines are really good,
but the price to pay is getting frightened by those ghosts and evil spirits etc.
even worse if im watching in cinemas!
the good thing about watching at home is when the scary part is about to come,
i'll just MUTE my tv! wuahahahas!

BORING SUNDAY!
went to orchard just now,
andd i see all those passer-bys.
so carefree, enjoying their sunday afternoons with their frens/loved ones.
just taking a slow stroll and stopping by starbucks or coffee bean to pick up a quick coffee.
window shoppingg or just chillin` out.
so damn jealous....
grrr....while i have to rush home and complete all my hw.
bleah.. life of a singapore student sucks!
no weekends to enjoy one.
i have been trying very hard to stay away from mahjong. lols.
so tempted to pull out the entire set and start playing with my sis!

after i came back,
did abit of my homework denn i had to head of to church alr.
denn i got a msg frm marj asking if i wanted to go see the national museum thingy.
we wanted to go to the event hosted by zouk,
but in the end, turns out they were having some break-dancing competition.
so we just watched them dance.
can't compare to step up. hahahs!
around 11-ish, we walked over to the national museum area
andd they were having stalls from the rendezvous hotel.
food was freakin` ex, (typical)
but we went to buy some nutella crepe.
it was so worth my money okay!
omgs. the hot, melted chocolate just feels like TOTAL BLISS!
summore it was raining, so...
eating something warm just makes everything right!
decided to head home when the rain got heavier.
no way were we gonna stand outdoors and get wet!
our feets were hurting as well,
andd the grasspatches were all like super muddy.
very spoiler.
managed to catch the train home and denn her mom fetched us from the mrt station.

busyy~
okayys loads of random pics!

got loads to blog, but no time!
went for SWO'S 15th concert yesterday at the esplanade.
i know what you're thinking,
what's a person like me doing there.
i'm an absolute noob at anything to do with aesthetics.
lols. like i'd know how to appreciate a band concert.
it probably just sounds like nice sound to me only.
BUTBUTBUT,
i went there more to support my dearest fren, cheryl linglinG!
she was performing ytd, along with clement, and a whole lot of ycksb people!
met up with saras at j8 to catch up!
glad to hear she's doing DAMN well for her studies.
j2 this year and scoring A's and B's already,
summore she's in SAJC. freakinn` smart.. LOLS!
A levels no problem alr lahs.

around 5-ish, trained down to city hall.
was so damn early so i just walked around,
went to bread talk to buy some stuff,
i discovered they had GREEN TEA MUFFIN.
p.s if any of u decide to buy the green tea muffin and bring it to school,
bring a spoon along man.
the entire thing is so.... seperated!
i felt like i was eating muffin crumbs, that's why i gave up eating halfway.
also, they have really REALLY good blueberry cheesecake!! *100% yums!*
was around 7 when siti reached,
we headed to the esplanade and i saw many yckss ppl!!
saw cheryl too!
she looked really smart in her attire!
its the first time i've been to the esplanade and its freakin` huge.
the concert theatre also has this very nice wooden smell.
so rare to find that kinda smell lahs.
OKAY..im not some crazy psycho freak who's nuts about how a place smells okay,
its just a fact.
we settled down into our seats which were 7 rows from the stage.
REALLY UP FRONT!
okayy, not close to the extent that we're able to see the wrinkles on the conductor's face,
but close enough to enjoy a good performance :)
one thing that could be improved though,
is the chairs.
they're quite squishy and comfortable,
but when you lay your head back,
it hits this solid hard piece of plastic!
so damn uncomfortable lahh,
i had to keep adjusting my head once in a while if not it'll hurt.
i thinkk maybe they purposely made it that way so lazy people like me won't lean their heads back and get too comfortable, maybe even fall asleep.
it probably invokes snoring as well
(which is not very nice, especially when you're watching a concert at the esplanade,
ESPLANADE LEH! not vch..)
the first few songs were nt bad,
but after a while, i just didn't understand the songs anymore.
like i didn't know what the tune was about and all..
so i jus listened to the music,
and got lost in my own thoughts.
hahahas. it was only when they announced the intermission that i snapped back.
they had some prize presentation and thenn we had 20 mins break.
after the intermission was another 3 more songs.
one of which cheryl performed in!
its amazing how they can coordinate so many people to come up with one song.
i wish they'd played a familiar tune though.
ohh! i did recognise the last song.
it was the tune in which V in V for vendetta blew up the parliament house,
denn that classical music piece was blasted throughout the entire England to accompany the bombing up of the parliament house.
SEE! i'm not totally 100% music idiot. lols.
when the performance ended,
people were shouting for encore!
one person behind me shouted "CANON IN D!"
lols. i was hoping they would encore that as well,
but in the end they encored some funny arabian songg.
lols. okayy probably not arabian, but it sounded pretty...

we went for supper after that at makan sutra located just behind esplanade.
haven't been there since my family brought my cousin there to eat, which was like...
3 years ago? i remembered the food there being not bad.
we ordered carrot cake and satay.
the satay was like $14 for 20 sticks and we all got a shock!
okayys lah, do the math and it works out to 70cents per stick,
but the overall price sounded ex.
i always had the impression that satay was cheap.. lols!
THE FOURTEEN DOLLARS SATAY!!
when it arrived, we knew why they charged $14.
it was worth it.
this is not your average satay that you find at any hawker centre.
its different.
firstly, it doesn't have the oily and chaotar look,
it looks very crisp, and very presentable as well.
the carrot cake was normal lahs,
amk one still wins!
(the best carrot cake you can ever find is the one at amk central.
the newly renovated hawker centre very near banquet!)
yepp, we chatted and caught up alot.
it was ytd that i realised i dunno alot that has been going on in their lives.
new bfs, ex bfs, new gossips!!!
we ate for 45 mins, but that was barely enough!
WE GOTTA MEET UP AGAIN MANN!
the real bummer was that we all had school the next day,
and we had to rush for the last train as well.
my feet were really sore, but at least no BLISTERS!!!

weird moms,i guess.
maybe its the norm now but moms jus dun seem to care about their kids that much anymore.
okayy.. my phrasing is wrong, but they use the wrong method to teach their kids i guess.
first encounter:

this kid was very mischevious and he kept climbing up and down the bench.
so the mom yelled at the kid to stop,
but of course he didn't stop..
so she told him in chinese,
"YOU CONTINUE PLAYING I LEAVE YOU HERE I GO OFF ALREADY!"
lols. denn the kid still continue climbing up and down.
and guess wad?
she just walked off.
not jus walked off, she hurried off,
still cann say "BYEBYE!"
so her kid finally took her for real.
he stopped jumping about and stared at her as she walked away.
denn he screamed out SO DAMN LOUD!
(mind you, he was just 2 metres away from me,
my eardrums nearly burst okay! i had no idea kids could scream so loudly and with such high pitch!)
GUESS WAD?
the woman did not even hesitate to turn back and look,
she just kept walking.
and that little boy,
he laid on the floor and starting slamming his fists into the floor and crying.
i tilted my head out abit more to see if his mom would come back for him.
but no, did not even turn around.
she just kept walkingg..
i thinkk the little boy finally got the message and he rann after his mom,
not forgetting to SCREAM damn loudly all the way as well.
3 mins later, still cann hear him scream, very faintly though.
but he was running leh,
imagine how far away he'd have already been.
i had no idea that's how moms discipline their kids.
maybe my mom did that too,
but i was too young to remember.
NAHH, how can it be?
i was sucha good kid! xDD
denn the second encounter was today,
while i was outside 7-11 snacking on mash potato,
i heard this woman yell at her son in chinese again,
"FASTER! YOU LATE FOR CLASS ALREADY! LATER THEN COME AND BUY!"
the little boy just stood there,
and said very calmly, "but i wanna buy the drink now."
the very next moment, the woman yelled back,
"KNNBCCB, NI YAO WO DA SI NI AH(you want me to whack you until you die ah)"
every single word, copied and paste.
to her son, he looked no older than primary 3.
i was half expecting him to tilt his head to one side,
give the really innocent expression and ask,

but then, his mom gave in to him,

she was performing ytd, along with clement, and a whole lot of ycksb people!
met up with saras at j8 to catch up!
glad to hear she's doing DAMN well for her studies.
j2 this year and scoring A's and B's already,
summore she's in SAJC. freakinn` smart.. LOLS!

was so damn early so i just walked around,
went to bread talk to buy some stuff,
i discovered they had GREEN TEA MUFFIN.
p.s if any of u decide to buy the green tea muffin and bring it to school,
bring a spoon along man.
the entire thing is so.... seperated!
i felt like i was eating muffin crumbs, that's why i gave up eating halfway.
also, they have really REALLY good blueberry cheesecake!! *100% yums!*
was around 7 when siti reached,
we headed to the esplanade and i saw many yckss ppl!!
saw cheryl too!
she looked really smart in her attire!
its the first time i've been to the esplanade and its freakin` huge.
the concert theatre also has this very nice wooden smell.
so rare to find that kinda smell lahs.
OKAY..im not some crazy psycho freak who's nuts about how a place smells okay,
its just a fact.
we settled down into our seats which were 7 rows from the stage.
REALLY UP FRONT!
okayy, not close to the extent that we're able to see the wrinkles on the conductor's face,
but close enough to enjoy a good performance :)
one thing that could be improved though,
is the chairs.
they're quite squishy and comfortable,
but when you lay your head back,
it hits this solid hard piece of plastic!
so damn uncomfortable lahh,
i had to keep adjusting my head once in a while if not it'll hurt.
i thinkk maybe they purposely made it that way so lazy people like me won't lean their heads back and get too comfortable, maybe even fall asleep.
it probably invokes snoring as well
(which is not very nice, especially when you're watching a concert at the esplanade,
ESPLANADE LEH! not vch..)
the first few songs were nt bad,
but after a while, i just didn't understand the songs anymore.
like i didn't know what the tune was about and all..
so i jus listened to the music,
and got lost in my own thoughts.
hahahas. it was only when they announced the intermission that i snapped back.
they had some prize presentation and thenn we had 20 mins break.
after the intermission was another 3 more songs.
one of which cheryl performed in!
its amazing how they can coordinate so many people to come up with one song.
i wish they'd played a familiar tune though.
ohh! i did recognise the last song.
it was the tune in which V in V for vendetta blew up the parliament house,
denn that classical music piece was blasted throughout the entire England to accompany the bombing up of the parliament house.
SEE! i'm not totally 100% music idiot. lols.
when the performance ended,
people were shouting for encore!
one person behind me shouted "CANON IN D!"
lols. i was hoping they would encore that as well,
but in the end they encored some funny arabian songg.
lols. okayy probably not arabian, but it sounded pretty...
ali baba that kind.. hahahas.
we went for supper after that at makan sutra located just behind esplanade.
haven't been there since my family brought my cousin there to eat, which was like...
3 years ago? i remembered the food there being not bad.
we ordered carrot cake and satay.
the satay was like $14 for 20 sticks and we all got a shock!
okayys lah, do the math and it works out to 70cents per stick,
but the overall price sounded ex.
i always had the impression that satay was cheap.. lols!
THE FOURTEEN DOLLARS SATAY!!
when it arrived, we knew why they charged $14.
it was worth it.
this is not your average satay that you find at any hawker centre.
its different.
firstly, it doesn't have the oily and chaotar look,
it looks very crisp, and very presentable as well.
the carrot cake was normal lahs,
amk one still wins!
(the best carrot cake you can ever find is the one at amk central.
the newly renovated hawker centre very near banquet!)
yepp, we chatted and caught up alot.
it was ytd that i realised i dunno alot that has been going on in their lives.
new bfs, ex bfs, new gossips!!!
we ate for 45 mins, but that was barely enough!

the real bummer was that we all had school the next day,
and we had to rush for the last train as well.

this kid was very mischevious and he kept climbing up and down the bench.
so the mom yelled at the kid to stop,
but of course he didn't stop..
so she told him in chinese,

lols. denn the kid still continue climbing up and down.
and guess wad?
she just walked off.
not jus walked off, she hurried off,
still cann say "BYEBYE!"
so her kid finally took her for real.
he stopped jumping about and stared at her as she walked away.
denn he screamed out SO DAMN LOUD!
(mind you, he was just 2 metres away from me,
my eardrums nearly burst okay! i had no idea kids could scream so loudly and with such high pitch!)

the woman did not even hesitate to turn back and look,
she just kept walking.
and that little boy,
he laid on the floor and starting slamming his fists into the floor and crying.
i tilted my head out abit more to see if his mom would come back for him.

not forgetting to SCREAM damn loudly all the way as well.
3 mins later, still cann hear him scream, very faintly though.
but he was running leh,
imagine how far away he'd have already been.
i had no idea that's how moms discipline their kids.
maybe my mom did that too,
but i was too young to remember.

denn the second encounter was today,
while i was outside 7-11 snacking on mash potato,
i heard this woman yell at her son in chinese again,

the little boy just stood there,
and said very calmly, "but i wanna buy the drink now."
the very next moment, the woman yelled back,

to her son, he looked no older than primary 3.
i was half expecting him to tilt his head to one side,
give the really innocent expression and ask,

FRIDAYS just make the week bearable.
HELLOS!
omg when was the last time i blogged?
damn long right?
ohyes. the durian entry.
hahaha.
i have a burning question to ask.
WHY ARE ANG MOH GUYS SO HOT?
on my way home on 853 today,
this ang moh teenager boarded the bus together with his parents.
i'm guessing they're on a holiday.
anyway, he was 2 and a half head taller than me!!!!
his back view looks pretty good,
i could see his well-built figure from under his red polo tee.
his hair was all golden and it curled just at the right place.
then..he turned around and i finally understood the true meaning of 'my heart melted'.
his golden curls fell neatly below his eyes,
enhancing those aqua blue pupils of his.
it was PAINFUL to stare okayy.
he was DROP-DEAD GORGEOUS!
andd that sharp sharp well-chiselled nose!
my eyes then wandered down to his lips...
OOPS. shall stop here. hahaa
I WANT IT! I WANT IT ALL!
i almost wondered why that guy didn't get the role of edward.
he sure looked edward-yy to me!
tall, fair, nice eyes, cute lips...
denn i remembered that all ang moh guys look the same.
should have more eyecandies lidat in singapore,
good for my eyes!

i've re-read twilight again recently.
my sis is in love with edward now too. shit...
i fell even more in love with him when i read the book again.

i wasn't expecting much, actually.
the first movie was good,
but this one was SO MUCH BETTER OKAY!
and the way he loves liz, i'm very jealous.

hellboy's kinda hot in a way los.
okay, he's big, buff and red.
BUT I SO PREFER HIM TO INCREDIBLE HULK OKAY!
at least he has a sense of humour.
andd he's always trying to act all heroic and all,
but i still like him!hahahahas.his tail is extremely cute too ^^

DURIAN SHIOK SHIOK!
LOLS!
its the weekends again!
everytime i'm determined to complete my hw on friday night,
i just push it off thinking i have two more days to complete it,
which is why.. its already saturday night and my hw's still not completed! x(
went for kids read programme again,
i thinkk i may have improved on my kid-tolerating skill.
they are not quite that bad.
yx says give them sweets and everything will be settled.
yeahh right, they're not that simple-minded...
they want things THEIR way!
but lucky for me, they didn't give me much trouble,
maybe its cos they were all girls.
girls make nicer kids than boys! xD
more obedient i guess, you ask them keep quiet, they really will.
denn it was an hour bus ride back,
was so sleepy in the afternoon.
mahjong-ed awhile denn i fell asleep in front of the tv.
when i woke up, it was dinner time already and boy, was i hungry!
i could eat an entire COW!
(no offence meant, eunice ! i meant it figuratively)
i was craving for 豆浆油条so my mummy wanted to bring me to this famous stall in Geylang which is famour for that~
in the end, we got caught in a jam cos it was a saturday,
plus they had the NDP preview for all p5 kids today!
roads were jam-packed so we decided not to go to geylang but to this claypot rice shop somewhere near the area.
i was sooo sooo hungry that the claypot rice tasted SO DAMN DELICIOUS!
i chomped and munched and didn't really care much for table manners anymore.
luckily the area where we dined was in an open spaced area so it was rather dim.
hahas, dunno why i was so hungry as well xD
after dinner, we spotted this durian shop and since my mummy is a HUGEHUGE fan of durian, she dragged us to that shop to eat with her also.
i haven't eaten durian in over a year,
i used to eat it frequently when i was young cos my mom would always buy it back,
but i guess she curbed her cravings for durian over the years,
but today was the day it chose to came back.
we went over and told the guy to choose a really good one for us.
in the end we paid $15 for one durian.
i thought it was rather pricey until i ate the durian and realised that it's got standard!
the seeds were really small too,
its no wonder they charged $15 for one measly durian!
woahhs its really SHIOK SHIOK to finally eat durian again~
(shanyi are you drooling now?? haha, she another crazy fan of durian one)
other day class outing we shall go to geylang and eat durians too xD
oooh and i saw prostitutes.
hahaha!
there were these 3 men sitting at the table beside us when suddenly this group of 4 girls strolled over in skimpy clothes and heavy makeup, and sat down at the table.
they smiled at the 3 guys and the guys were pointing at the durians and mangosteens laid out in front of them and going "CHI CHI (eat eat)*hahahahaha*"
denn my dad was like nudging my mom to look.
LOLS!
they look rather decent to me leh..
i've only seen prostitutes in movies(shanghai knights and h&k),
and usually they dressed more... fancily i guess.
but this is singapore wad,
can't expect them to walk around clad in thick frilly dresses like they're going for prom.
i am really REALLY sleepy now..
although i did sleep in the afternoon,

i've only watched half of it online cos the website keeps screwing up on me !

i jus lurve school holidays!
GUESS WAD?
its a school holiday tmr!
wuahahahs.
most people will actually spend their time tomorrow studyingg.
but tmr's youth day people!
its my 2nd last youth day okay!
i dun wanna remember it studying at home!
hahahas. but that's for me.
ALL OF YOU SHOULD STAY AT HOME AND REVISE!
dun follow bad example okays.
yesterday, me and yanlan went for the nebo 1st anniversary at downtown east.
okay i admit i was dumb enough to wear heels again,
and ended up with 3 blisters!
by the time we reached there, we were 50 mins late.
andd the crowd wasn't that huge.
i guess the most rewarding part was seeing the male models parade.
okay they weren't exactly calvin klein model kinda material,
its just a small-scale party, at least there were some eyecandies right?
OH but the guy at the entrance ushering us in was cutie cute!
the worst part was, there was no seats there AT ALL!
they had those cool party tables but that was about it.
omg.. my feet ah... really cann break lehs.
the female contestants for the modelling competition were really chio lahs.
all quite pretty, got standard!
finally, at the end of everything, they had a cake cutting session
and it was disco-night all the way till 12.
but i can't describe how pathetic the disco was.
given the very small turnout,
there were only like.. 15-20 people crowding at the front of the stage
bopping to the music.
its quite sad actually.
doesn't have the hyped-up mood!
i was expecting something like disco-night during my first 3 months in NY,
but that one was SO MUCH HIGHER.
perhaps its cos we more or less knew each other there,
andd our moods were all 'high' due to the cheering and bonding from the few days before that.
i miss orientation (:

opinions are seriously subjective
have you all been reading xiaxue's blog lately?
okay i haven't been so when i just went to visit it this afternoon,
i saw this big hooha about her and dawn.
apaarently its some bloggers' conflict.
what can i say, i've always been a fan of xiaxue,
alright i take that back, not fan..
an avid READER of her blog.
i thinkk her blogging style is very open,
and its very admirable..
seriously, whoever or whatever she doesn't like or likes,
BAM! out it comes.
she's very brave in the sense that she dares to admit who she doesn't like.
its very hard to attain that kinda level,
andd seriously, as much as i've tried working towards having that kinda honesty,
it doesn't work for me.
i just feel really mean if i were to blog and say stuff like,
'walao today xxxx was sucha bitch lor. i really can't stand her acting cute!"
that kinda thing..
its a NO way for me.
call me coward, call me timid but i just dun like the feeling of others hating me.
fine, hate me secretly, just as long as i dunno.
cos if i noe that a particular person doesn't like me,
immediately i will bu shuang with that person also.
andd find means and ways to pinpoint all her negativities.
some people can live with that, i can't.
i've only seriously hated one person in my entire life before,
its that guy who's birthday is on the 1st of may.
he's the first person to insult me continuously non-stop and that made me really pissed.
and he has the biggest ego i've ever seen(during sec sch days)
so i guess i just found him annoying and i hated his guts out.
thinking back now, i thinkk i dun hate him anymore.
neutral i guess, but i never wanna be frens with him as well.
imagine him annoying me again and i have to hate him all over again,
no way man.
i also dun like the feeling of hating people cos i find that its like...
can't sleep properly at night.
okay la, this one is not a classic example,
but close to it.
one night my sis made me really REALLY annoyed.
i did hate her, but hating ur sis isn't the same cos it'll be forgotten the next day.
how long can u go hating ur own sibling? its jus weird.
okay so i was really really mad at her.
but it was so close to my bedtime that i really couldn't be bothered to quarrel with her.
it took me awhile to fall asleep cos i was rather tired..
and that night i dreamt that i was scolding someone.
i guess someone who pissed me off in my dream..
and i was really vulgar okay!
i can remember myself swearing and cursing,
all the f*** and cb all flowing out.
but after the scolding session,
i felt so shiok in my dream.
at least i let out all my anger.
but see, that's not healthy man!
hahahas. i'd rather dream of other stuff than dream of scolding people in my dreams.
and i guess i'll actually GET more rest if i weren't off scolding people in my dreams,
waste energy you know..
right, so back to the xiaxue and dawn thing.
hahaha i can't help but side xiaxue.
its a natural thing la..
i think those who go against her are like dumb lor.
seriously, xiaxue, being a you-say-me-i-make-sure-i-will-say-you-back kinda person,

she's probably jealous that dawn is rather hot

but either way, they made a mountain out of a molehill.
andd the manager is seriously extra la..
maybe its cos im reading it from xiaxue's blog which is in favour of her that's why i'd feel like the manager of dawn is being kinda irritating, but still..

its the slackest thing in the world and you can EARN a living from that.
but seeing this kinda thing bursts my dream bubble.

XIAXUE KILLING A CRAB FOR CHILLI CRAB.
after watching this i dun think i dare go near chilli crabs anymore.
you know why i have this phobia against frog porridge?
i think i would be brave enough to give it a try if i hadn't seen the frog getting CHOPPED UP in front of me.
it was when i was watching my 王子变青蛙drama summore.
i was out with my family,
when i saw this shop selling frog porridge.
the guy in charge grabbed a frog out of the big glass containers that looks like fish tanks.
he pinned the frog down belly-up.
and used his DAMN BIG CHOPPER to slice a fine line along the length of its body.
denn he proceeded to tear off its skin, TEAR OFF!
andd chopping of its legs before washing them and dumping them into the boiling pot.
all this took place in a matter of 20secs.
given my stunned reaction at that time,
do you think i'd have enough time to actually react?
i was too shocked to even turn away.
ever since then,
i swore never to go NEAR frog porridge.
i know its nice and tastes really like chicken meat,
but nonono. not after that incident man.
and now this video shows xiaxue killing the crab.
the video was about 9 mins,
so i do have enough reaction time.
but i was just curious to see if she would really do it.
and she did.
the first method was gross lah!
wtf she poked a bloody metal chopstick into the crab's eye.
and the crab was squirming like crazy.
i was staring at the screen going "OMG. WHAT THE HELL IS SHE DOING!!!!"
and i was also imagining if i were the crab,
getting a chopstick poked in ur eye is no joke okay.
it really hurts, and imagine having ur eyeball stuck in the middle of ur head,
GROSS!
the second method was even worse.
CHOP THE CRAB INTO HALF AND LEAVE IT TO DIE
its painful enough getting cut by a small bit of broken glass,
imagine having ur own shell cut ur body.
OUCH MAN!
and its no joke,
she pierced the knife through and still used some metal thing to knock it in.
i guess i can't deny the fact that the dish would taste better if it were live crabs,
but there are less cruel ways of killing the crab and still make a tasty dish!
my mom has never cooked chilli crab before
but we used to bbq alot.
and my mom would buy live crabs and her method of killing was putting them in the freezer,
and they freeze to death.
perhaps you might say its cruel to let them die a slow and painful death
but i always thought that in the freezer,
they'll just feel really cold and sleepy and probably dehydrated,
and when they fall asleep, they just die.
isn't it WAY less painful that getting ur eye pushed into ur brain
or being embedded in ur own shell, THE PINCERS FELL OFF SUMMORE!
you know what?
the best is just dun kill them.
fine, i may sound like those kinda anti-cruelty against animal kinda person right now,
but i think the various ways that people have of killing animals to satisfy their food cravings are simply... mean.
and those weird delicacies that people have all around the world.
what, with the FRIED RABBIT HEAD and LIVE SQUID or MONKEY BRAINS!
its not like we lack food or anything, humans don't have to resort to eating
THESE kinda stuff you know.

i saw that on one day their school ended at 6+!

it really does suck!
although i'm not following the timetable anymore,
i still feel a tad angry for them setting it to be this way.

on wednesday was 0720's last paper for MYE!
finally right?
hahas. so we went out to celebrate all the belated birthdays and gerald's actual birthday!
met at 12 at amk,
many were late, all constipated at home!

eunice's ahma reminded us that we still got cake in the fridge which we totally forgot!
so we rushed to sing the happy birthday song and all that.
HAPPY 18th BIRTHDAY YOU GUYS!
andd we hurriedly ate and paisehh man, had to rush off denn leave the clearing to eunice and a few others to do!
feel so bad....
but anyways, it was a GREAT time hanging out in eunice's house,
hahahas but i think she dare not invite us already.
its like bringing an entire circus there!
we were THAT noisy!
by the time i reached home, it was already 8.30.
realised that my mom had invited terence and reagan over for dinner as well cos she cooked curry chicken!
my mom's curry chicken is seriously something to boast about,
i've never tasted anything so nice before!
but the bad part is she rarely cooks it. :(
so those two guys 真有口福.
hahas!
after dinner went down to do my hw,
sucha good girl.
came up only at 11-ish..
by the time i still had to bathe and wait for my hair to dry!!
lackk of sleep manns.
feeling sleepy now le.
i shall sleep early tonight! yeppyepp.

on wednesday was 0720's last paper for MYE!
finally right?
hahas. so we went out to celebrate all the belated birthdays and gerald's actual birthday!
met at 12 at amk,
many were late, all constipated at home!
hahahas.
we were deciding where to go for lunch in amk hub when dunno who came up with the idea that we should head to eunice's house for MJ session!
and we could order pizza there to eat as well!

before we headed to eunice's house, we went to NTUC to get snacks. we bought 4 big bags of chips, half a dozen 1.5L bottles of drinks, and even ribena syrup. denn eunice, being 18 and all, bought this wonderful wine for us to drink! wahhs u really rock man!~
after we paid for everything, we got ready to leave for her house which was a direct bus ride on 133. hahas. chatted and gossiped all the way until we reached. denn it was a long walk in. it wouldn't have been that bad without the afternoon heat. it was 1pm when we started walking and the sun was SCORCHING hot. i'm not even close to exaggeratingg!
we finally arrived after 10 mins. and OMG. HER HOUSE IS DAMN BIG LAH! her front door was the amazing one, and she had 10 aircons to her house. very well furnished as well, still got koi pond!! hahahs. we dumped all our stuff down, made hell lotsa noise, and finally settled down in this room which could fit our entire class, with the MJ table on the porch. first thing's first was LUNCH! PIZZA!!!!! yummy~ after we were shiok-ed by our lunch alr, we all settled down into the individual games, there was monopoly, bridge and mj.
however, the BESTEST people on earth, shanyi and me, accompanied eunice under the blazin` sun to go fetch our two dear frens, peitingg and xiangyu. hahahas! was a LONG walk there and i very nearly melted! shanyi ah.. carry umbrella also cannot carry properly sia. keep knocking my head. must remember that i'm 2cm taller than you alright? hahahas!
finally met up with them, and was another long walk back. actually the distance didn't really matter but i hated the sun! it made it worse! was so glad to reach back to her place, and we opened some chips and got drinks and settled down to play MJ with the small pathetic travel set :( the guys were hogging the big ones. but the good thing is can watch tv and play at the same time.
when we got sick of playing with the small tiles, we demanded a switch in the mj set! lols. we need more mj sets around mann! next time we have chalets, make sure got minimum THREE sets available okays? hahaha.

LADIDUMS`

tomorrow last paper le xDD
anyways, i've found a new place to upload all my pics alr.
FRIENDSTER!
that's not only cos they allow me upload alot of pics at one go,
it saves me the hassle of uploading 5 pics at a time.
so i've uploaded most of my pics from taiwan onto friendster.
zzz...while looking through all my pics,
i feel like going on a holiday again!
i'm bored stiff being stuck in singapore ok!
went to school for extra lessons just now.
i had a new geog teacher.
i thought he was pretty cool and we didn't have any geog lessons today.
instead, he took the time to get to noe us and got us to speak up also.
we did speak up abit..but after a while,
it was just him doing the talking.
he was rather...inspirational, i should say.
hmm.. he's gonna do great things as a teacher.
hahahs! i jus love teachers who dun start off the lesson with a new class with the words,
"okay..now everybody take out your notes and flip to this page..let's begin now!"
i'm feeling rather sleepy now.
must be because of the lack of sleep last night.
i'm starting on the book series for the chronicles of narnia.
i'm beginning to think its not bad at all.
especially the first book,
even before the lion, the witch and the wardrobe.
they talked of how the wardrobe came about in the first place,
which was really interesting.
i'm waiting to get my hands on prince caspian.
the movie was good right?
i have no idea cos i didn't even catch it at all,
although i thought the prince was rather cute. hahas.
i can't seem to find the show hellboy online anywhere!
i have to watch it one more time before i watch hellboy2.
usually i wouldn't forget the movies i've watched before unless i've fallen asleep during the movie, but for hellboy, i really forgotten the storyline already.
i know his girlfriend can do some cool fire stunt,
and he has this fishy fren, but that's about it.
the rest i've clean forgotten. =X
ohwells, i shall go and try to find the movie again.
