today, being a school day,
we still went far out all the way to vivocity to celebrate andrew and sufiyan's bdayy!

and it was GOOD!
first time i'm actually trying it and the ramen was delicious!
dun be turned off by the 3 chilli padis on the menu indicating the level of hotness.
it wasn't THAT hot.
you'd be able to survive without any drinks at all.

it had this really creamy, frothy taste to it,
perfect for spiking you up when you're feeling all lethargic and tired after a long day in school.

but we were all satisfied and happy people.

i just love yo momma jokes,
they make me laugh like crazy and i very nearly choked on my ramen! hahas.

after dinner, we just had time for one last group picture,
and we took it with the superstar virgo model
because i wanted to take a pic with something which indicated that we were in vivo itself!

OKAY dun ask me why my posture was so weird,
BUT i was trying my best to go deep down,
andd apparently, i'm not very flexible myself,
so i ended up looking like some constipated duck.

today has been an extremely hectic but fun day!
firstly, i met up with kate!
I'VE MISSED HER SO MUCH!
andd her stories are like really interesting!

after us holy people went to church,
we bused down to AMK HUB...

i've been there nearly every day during the holidays to mug at nebo cafe,
and i've been there everyday since thus.
its CRAZY ok..
i cann memorise amk hub even better than my geog notes!
ask me any stall, i cann tell you its EXACT location.

yepp, denn we were supposed to head down to town for lunch,
but decided we were too hungry to actually make our way down to town.
so we lunched at fish&co!
it was GREAT! but i didn't finish the meal.
the fish is FREAKIN big okay.
i surrender!
denn we split dessert which was HOT FUDGE CHOCOLATE CAKE!
my ultimate favourite dessert in the whole world!
i cannot find anything that can win that.
after we were both BLOATEDLY full and satisfied,
we went shopping around for a charm for a charm bracelet that kate was getting her fren.
and NOT a SINGLE shop sold charms for charm bracelets,
disappointing mans.

after walking around and digesting our food,
kate met shir and they headed down to town
while i went on to meet style to get my stuff!
hahas, thanks style for bringing my things all the way down to yck for me,
i'm very grateful =D
i've been hanging out alot wif style these few days also,
and its not gonna stop =D

denn after i dumped all my stuff at home,
went out to get sufiyan's present wif NFQ at...

after i got home, i laid on my room floor and fell asleep!

woke up with a backache,
went on to continue sleeping on my sofa until dinnertime.

but i got sore throat so cannot eat the chilli.

denn dunno why my voice suddenly like that again.

after dinner,
my sis and panu decided to go play badminton!
and i went along!
OMG it feels SO DAMN GOOD to exercise after not sweating for SO LONG!
hahaha. although i wasn't planning on sweating cos i had already bathed.
but no choice, in the end i DID sweat.
alot in fact, but it was good.
i feel so healthy now there's practically the healthy glow around me!

den after that we went to see my sister's hamster, peanut butter.
its an adorable little thingy!
and its so sweet!
she really adores her hamster,
i think its the 2nd thing she love the most,
the first being herself. hahahs!
but her hamster doesn't like me apparently,
it shitted on me 5 times and PEED on me.
on my click t-shirt! hmpf! :(

feeling rather sleepy now.
i dunno how i'm gonna survive tmr.
i'm going to vivo in the evening to celebrate sufiyan and andrew's bdayy.
I'M SO EXCITED!
i haven't been to vivo in ages ok!
i haven't camwhored there until i shuang.
i miss walking around the huge huge mall,
and taking 15 mins to get from one end to the other!
and ultimately, i miss hanging out with my frens.
it wouldn't be the same if i were going there alone!

but i'm gonna be determined and wake up at 2.45,
and denn wake up at 6 for school.
and survive through school until 2.
before coming home for a short nap,
and then going out again.

doesn't sound like i'm gonna make it man.
i'll probably be very lethargic by the time dinner comes.
and that's NOT GOOD!

i really LOATHE taking medicine.

of all the many things that i hate,
one thing that i hate more than anything else is eating medicine.
i wouldn't mind the liquid one,
in fact, give me 5 liquidy ones in exchange for one pill,
i'd gladly do it!

to do with my mentality.
i always have this thinking that i'm gonna choke on the pill,
like when i swallow it and it gets stuck in my throat.
and i can't breathe and all.
its scaryy man!!
i think i prefer roller-coasters to eating medicine.

and you noe, even within medicine itself,
there is this king of medicine which i hate the most.
antibiotics.
know why?
you have to complete the course NO MATTER WHAT!
i dun think i've ever completed the course before,
half the time i just give up halfway.
i know its stupid,
because then it means i have to keep going back to the same old antibiotic over and over again.
but antibiotics really SUCKS!
when you first pop it into your mouth,
and drink a gulp of water,
its so slippery that it slides around and refuses to stay at the back of your throat,
where its the easiest to swallow.
then, if you leave it there for too long,
(like what i always do, i dun dare to swallow it so it'll be stuck there for around a minute plus)
the plastic thing starts to melt,
and the taste of that...
URGHH!!!!
its even worse than consuming herbal medicine!

I WANT TO BE 21!

heyy peeps!
how's it going man?
one last week left for midyears,
i'm panicking as it is already!
but don't worry, i'm sure all of us are!
we shall panic together.

anyways, i gotta say i admire myself alot.
i took sucha big risk going on a holiday to msia even when my midyears are like THIS CLOSE.
but it was worth it, i guess.
i never needed a holiday THAT badly!

i went to Genting, as usual again.
hahahas. where else cann you get fun, food and great weather all at one place?
but this time,
i managed to enter.....
the casino.

big wooohooo for me!
after dinner on the first night,
i went back to the hotel room and dressed in jeans and a blouse that made me look 2 years older.
hahaha.
i attempted putting on mascara but i didn't bring my eyelash curler and i was afraid it would get into my eye.
no way am i risking my eye for this man!
so in the end i just went along with lipstick.
i HATE putting lipstick.
they not only taste funny, but also makes my lips really dry.
and i couldn't talk properly at all.

well, i went in with my parents.
hahaha. yepp, my parents.
they wanted to let me see how a casino really operates.
maybe it will help me abit with econs or something xD
you noe, when you learn stuff like casino advantage and all that,
its educational! (in a way..)

lols. but besides that, i got to try playing jackpot.
andd somehow, i didn't find it addictive at all.
you just sit there and press some button,
andd if the machine doesn't make any sound,
it means you didn't win anything.
i didn't even noe how to see whether i've won annot.
so i jus sat there pressing the button dumbly.
when i was left with 1 credit,
i suddenly struck something!
no not jackpot,
but an additional 900 credits.
great....
i know the smart thing to do was to withdraw all the money,
but my mom just told me to continue playing.
so i sat there for another 30 mins pressing the button again and again.

after that, i joined my dad at the table where they were playing 3 pictures.
it took me a full 20 mins to finally understand how to game works.
and i was so fascinated by the dealer.
her hand movements were so sleek, it was amazing to watch how she handled the cards and the chips.
denn it was my turn to play.
when i started,
i kept losing.
the dealer kept winning.
andd she was staring at me as well,
probably thinking wads someone as young as me doing inside the casino.

after that, my luck improved and i recuperated my losses.
by then, it was already 2am. tired tired..
then we all headed back to the hotel room.
and on my way out, i saw that the legal age for entering was in fact 21!
not 18, as i had presumed.

hahahas. well actually the guard almost did stop me.
he was just chatting to his fren there for a moment,
when i stepped in throught the metal detector thing.
he immediately stopped talking and stared at me.
DUH its so obvious im not 21!
unless he really thinks i look 21, den i'll be rather insulted...
but anyways, i looked up at him, nodded and denn jus walked straight into the casino.

the next day, we just went to the outdoor theme park where i tried a new roller coaster.
the objective of the ride was to make you feel like superman i guess.
but i felt more like something being locked inside a capsule and getting tossed around.
hahahaha.but it was fun~

i played alot of pool on this trip too!~
now i think i'm addicted to it.

but i am still a noobie at it!

today is father's day!

i cleared my room as a present for my dad.

story telling session

hahaha. i never thought this will be coming from me.
the story-telling session was surprisingly fun alright!
i was an hour late! i'm so sorry!
ahhh, me and punctuality just don't see eye to eye you noe.
i thinkk the guy got kinda pissed,
the one in-charge.

we were supposed to meet at 12.40,
but i turned up at 1.20... ><
denn 3 of them were waiting for me,
while the guy in charge was already at the childcare centre.

anyways, when we got there,
the guy was all flustered and everything,
but renee(vice president), who is an extremely nice girl, i gotta say,
started with the story.
it was the mouse, the mole and the fallen star.
she really has a thing for story-telling!
she really told it like a story-telling session,
wish i could do that but nahh..

after the story-telling,
they were supposed to split up into groups and got down to draw something related to the book.
so i taught them to draw the mouse!
but you noe i failed my art from sec 1 to sec 2,
so i could only manage to draw the face of the mouse.
i didn't even noe how to draw the eyes so i jus gave it ^ ^.
hahahs the kids i was working with,
they loved it!
OMG, they were like 'teacher teacher! your mouse very cute! teach us how to draw!"
i dunno which made me happier,
the fact that they thought i was their teacher,
or the fact that they were in fact, complimenting my artpiece =D

anyways, after we all got bored of drawing mouses and shooting stars,
they all got down to draw cars.
DUN ASK ME WHY, its a kid's thing...
so i tried my best to draw!
but when i tried to teach one girl,
she was like 'eee i dun wan. ur car very ugly leh..'
i immediately pouted at her.
lols. so i gave up drawing, and jus got around watching them doodle,
and asking them what they were drawing.

finally, they had to wash up as their parents had come to pick them up already.
and 2 kids were like pestering me to make paper planes for them.
i'm sorry man, i really didn't noe how to fold paper planes!
so in the end, renee folded one for them,
and it was byebye kids!

we packed up and arranged back the tables,
andd that concluded my story-telling session with the kids.
hahahas.
i gotta admit, kids aren't THAT bad..
maybe this time i got lucky,
the next time i'll get kids who pull at my hair and make funny faces at me! ):

SEX ANDD THE CITY!!

went to catch sex and the city ytd with yanlan.
i've only watched one or two episodes of it before,
so i didn't expect too much of the movie.
BUT, i have to say, for someone watching that movie for the very first time,
it is an AMAZING SHOW!!!
yeahh it is, okay la, minus all the sick parts.
i pitied the couple beside me, they were like eating their dinner,
should be fish and chips, andd then those sex scenes came on,
and the poor guy was like choking on his meal, he was coughing and coughing.
so, lesson to learn, NEVER attempt to eat ur dinner when you're gonna watch an M18 or R21 show.
but other than that, it was FABULOUS!
I SERIOUSLY LOVED IT!
the way those 4 girls are like SO bonded, its so amazing!
their friendship seriously goes a long long way.
andd they're like quite distant from each other at times,
but they still manage to meet up together, in new york!
hahaha, wayy wayy cool.
GOOD SHOW! but not as good as what happens in vegas!
maybe i really love tht show cos of ashton kutcher! hahas.

anyways, on wed, i went to rebond my hair,
hahahs yeahh. rebond.
i look funny.
i think its my fringe, anyway...
the worst part was, i couldn't wash it for 3 days.
i didn't think much of it, i mean, it couldn't be THAT hard.
i survived camp, and that was under much worse conditions,
like sweat and dirt.
BUT I COULDN'T.
by yesterday, i was whining like crazy to my parents,
and my hair had this oily look to it, its totally disgusting ok.

so after tolerating the fact that i couldn't wash my hair for 2 days and 21 hours,
i woke up bright and early today to wash my hair!
technically, i'm only supposed to wash it at 2pm later,
but who cares! i can't take it anymore!!!!
AND IT FEELS SO GOOD TO BE ABLE TO WASH YOUR HAIR!
now my hair smells like my own shampoo which i love so much,
at least so much more than that salon smell. yucks.
that has gotta be the 2nd worst smell in the world.
the first one that i can't stand is the smell of an airplane.
i really really HATE that smell!
so anthesthetic! so sickish!!
i think its cos of the disinfectant that they spray into the aircraft every few mins to kill as much bacteria as possible,
but i still hate the smell.

on the OTHER hand, the smell i love the most!

maybe its cos im usually coupled with the holiday mood so the smell reminds me of all the times i've been on a holiday!
my dad says its cos of people smoking..
lols. i've been trying means and ways to think of how to bring that smell to my room,
but unless i actually get someone to smoke in my room and turn on the aircon,
thenn yeahh, that's the onli way.
i mean, they dun sell any fragrance labelled HOTEL LOBBY right?
interesting if they should have.

i woke up at 9 today,
had a weird dream...
oh! there was one part of it i wanted it to be true though,
in my dream, dominic introduced me to this vampire and werewolf game,
and i did play it in my dream!!!
ohh, and he promised me i could borrow it for 2 weeks!
but when i woke up,
IT WAS JUST A DREAM!!!!!
grrr......
andd me and yanlan like had CLOSELY similar dreams,
freakyy..or maybe its post-symptom from watching SATC!~

i have to go to this story-reading session,
part of my new cca.
did i mention i joined the drum? aka library.
lols. i hope i dun have to read anything!
cos i dun do kids and books.
when i was in sec 4, we had this thing called service learning,
andd i had to be the narrator for a group of kids at amk library!
either my story-telling really sucks, or they were really not interested in the story.
anyways, they nicely sat through the story-telling part,
but they were SO MUCH more excited when it came to the part
where we were giving out free sweets...
after that incident, i have decided that i would never read a storybook to kids anymore.
that's what television shows are for.
a kid wants to know the story of cinderella?
BAM! vcd's available.
plus, the narrator makes the story so much more interesting!
andd i'm sure compared to the movie, i wouldn't be able to make those magical shimmery changing-of-the-pumpkin as done by the beloved fairygodmother.
so that's why the movie version is so much more kid-friendly.

wonder why everyone says its such a nice movie...
