All those last minute christmas shopping was super draining!
I've been to town 3 days in a row, my feet are so sore from all that walking.
It was fulfilling, cos i got everybody's presents now! :D accomplishment.
nevertheless, i still hate last minute christmas shopping! i'd rather shop with LESS people, MORE space, LESS out of stock/last piece items, LESS queues.
But the sales are ALWAYS the best during last-min shopping.
still hesitating if i should go back to get that dress I've been eyeing, but all i wanna do is just slackkk my butt off at home.. I don't want to move no more. :(
I wanna read Harry Potter & the deathly hallows but can you believe it, the original version which i wanted to buy is gone! both at borders & prologue! :<
now all they have is some other edition which doesn't even look like harry potter.
Caught Gulliver's travel yesterday, it was great!
Jack Black never fails to disappoint! Still, i am not convinced that the bermuda triangle is as harmless as they make it sound. I have read countless of articles & watched many documentaries on the bermuda triangle and it is FREAKY! almost as freaky as cryonics which i can never understand what compels people to put themselves through that. urkk... shudders.
Hate all the sci-fi stuff! oh gawd! reminds me of that time i went to watch that thriller sci-fi movie with kate! couldn't sleep for weeks!!! :(((((
But, no time to get all ruffled up, its after all Christmas eve! :D
its all snow&candies&feasting, this the season to be merry, yo.
& i just realized i can get a lift back if i head to town now to get my dress!

the end of a first sem.
Hurray hurry! I feel like that little kitty cat over there! whooping for joy!!
its the start of my month-break, though short, its better than none.
Have already packed my hall room, and waiting for the car to come pick me and my junkload of stuffs that i have to bring back!
it amazes me how much things i have in hall, when i came with just so little.
yayyyy! christmas is this weekend! & i'm done for my exams! yayy yayy!
well, i was more or less in the after exam mood last wed! :)
i can't wait to watch YOGI BEAR!
but until then, i feel as greedy as yogi! :)
Finally got my hands on this ice cream pancake in Ajisen!
They're always outta stock, but not at the nex outlet! had dinner with baby & his mom&aunt!

Preferred the matcha feeling to the redbean one! but both were good!! :)
Went to best denki @ J8 on saturday,
had amazing deals & with every $18 spent, you get this whole goodie bag with a hotpot,pack of pokka tea, 1 ream of paper & batteries! lols. finally a goodiebag that is useful!
got a brand new epilator! glee!
& strawberry tea was in the goodie bag, never seen this flavor before but it is good! :)
& my favourite find over the weekend.

feels so good to bite into one of these.
Had an early xmas dinner @ baby's aunt's place just yesterday.

last exam put on hold.
WHOO! last paper was yesterday @11.15am.
been up since 4am trying to mug for 201 ever since the 3 papers left my head in a mess.
I usually sort out my mind, like chucking out all those info from those papers that were over, so i'll mentally feel that my brain is like empty. But after those 3 papers, my mind was in a whirl.
All the info were just jumbled up together.
Roomie came to meet me for dinner after my 3 papers,
had fish&chips @ cant 1. her exams are over and she's loving every bit of it! hahaha.
stick to your holiday-to-do list, A! you can do it! :)
let's go check out that pompeii thing too! :)
after dinner, took a stroll to find out where The Grocer @ Sterling was, near the nanyang exec centre. omg. that place is surreal man.
professors sure have the life, with their own little oasis in ulu-NTU, they have everything they need, felt pretty much like a condo in that area.
had a rough night before my last paper, sooo brain-shagged with no confidence to do the paper.
Drank 2 cups of coffee, didn't work, went down to get breakfast @ 6 in the morning, additional cup of coffee (kate verifies that there is such thing as immunity to caffeine and suggest i go decaf for a while. haha!)
damn, its never a good idea to wake up so early in the morning.
there were like millions of winged insects dead all over the floor. I'm not exaggerating, tons of them. near the vending machine was yet another million of these. its sick!
but air was really good in the morning, just a short 5-minute walk really helped me clear my brain!
I paused for awhile the look at the forest, hoping to see a wild boar, but nope, no wild boars. :(
Just plenty of mist and weird animal/insect noises.
My last paper was screwed up though, there goes my 30m, but its all over!
rushed back to hall to meet roomie & packed to leave. Her ASOS package finally arrived! hahaha. just in time before she left hall as well. she's so cute to deliver it all the way to NTU! I don't think anyone does that. lols.
the MRT ride was long and sleepy..had to stand all the way too.
Finally reached & met kate for lunch @ nex!
PRATA FTW! :D i had naan though, but close enough.
satasfied my cravings! :)
headed down to My Fat Lady to collect Shir's cake for tonight,
we got lost trying to find the cake shop, but managed to find it in a shorter time, last time it took me half an hour to find it!
The cake looked soooo good, a 6'' square cube cake with polka dots and a rainbow on the top!
While the outside looked pretty, like i could hear everyone gasping when kate brought the cake out, the inside was even prettier!
Pretty cake for the pretty birthday girl! <3
Timbre was fab! :)
Good food, favourite was the roasted duck pizza. loved my apple martini!! (new experience!)
good company & good evening!
headed to butter after, but i was too tired&dead to enjoy myself. alcohol made me even sleepier. did nothing to give me that adrenaline boost. maybe immunity to coffee=immunity to alcohol as well. crashed the minute i got back. bed sweet bed!
slept all the way till 12. not enough to make up for the past few weeks!
i still have EAR and yet i'm planning my post-holiday activities already.
having a haircut today & catching Rapunzel with mousey-cia & baby.

FIRING UP!
woke up this morning with such optimism i felt like singing! :)
i guess its been all the reflections & praying that kept me up the whole of last night,
but my miracle potion: coffee, did me proud once more, as it always has for the past few weeks!
this is the last lap, in 72 hours, this will (officially) be over!!
give it this one last shot, so that i won't regret even if i don't do well!
tried my best!!
thanks for all the encouragement i've been receiving over the past few days.
Been a real jerk over the whole school & grades stuff. meh. its so silly.
life needs to be full of rainbows&sunshine&candies! :D
A new experience everyday! i want myself to really encompass the true meaning of this!!
ah just in time as well, 2011's arriving in no more than 2 weeks.
a good new year resolution. :)
