OOH LA LA!
yays! i love LA manns. i have alot alot to blogg. today i can stay up late cos tmr we're driving to las vegas, so i can sleep in de car. so for now, i can blogg blogg blogg!
okays. recap recap. on
thurs, 14th dec
went to airport early in de morning. so super tired.. summore our flight wasn't direct flight from singapore to LA, transiting at tokyo. there were loads of cool shows mann. my fav was pirates of the carribbean one and two, den there was also step up(yayy!), you me and dupree and my super ex-girlfriend. tht show was very very funny! so sickening lahs, cos i dunno why i got air sick, de plane suddenly got turbulence and den it went up and down, up and down. my stomach couldn't take it, plus i couldn't stand de smell of the plane.
lunch was either japanese selection of steamed rice with chicken with the cold noodles thingg, or the international selection of grilled fish. i chose international one(wrong choice!) i only ate a tomato, and maybe 1/4 of the fish, and my bread roll. that's about it. den after what seemed like forever, we finally stopped at tokyo! we got down and i was soooo happy to set foot on land again! then we saw i shop there that sold souvenirs. i bought some lucky cat charm and some other knick knacks,it was so ex, but lucky can buy using US dollars. hahs. now ppl will think i've been to two places, LA and Japan. lols!
after about half an hour, we had to go back to the plane(urghs) i got airsick after the plane left the airport. and it was another 12 hours. so finally,i was so happy when dinner came cos i chose the japanese selection this time which was steamed rice and beef with onions. BUT.. when dinner finally arrived, i was so so plane sick that anything which i ate would eventually come up. so i skipped my delicious dinner and i had to take a nap, which my mom suggested. but it was so hard to sleep cos like once every 15 mins there'll be turbulence and i'll wake up. finally after i woke up, i was feeling so much better, den breakfast came and i chose some american breakfast while my mom got fried rice, fried rice was much more nicer so i switched with her =D
and after a full 12 hours of flight, we finally got ready to land, and we were flying right over california and me and my sis were trying to spot the HOLLYWOOD sign, which we did(lucky us). but the landing...ohh mann, i almost...you get the idea. finally we landed,and den we got a cab which charged us more than what he told us. my mom and all my sis, including me, were sleeping in the cab. finally we reached our hotel which was islander's inn and suites, the exact same hotel my parents stayed at on their honeymoon. cute isn't it? =D
we fell asleep for a while [jetlagged] and we had a hard time waking up. finally we went for dinner, which was pizza! my fav, it was so de-licious! den we went to check out the area around disneyland. the biggest disney store was located there! world of disney. there were alot of crazy hats and outfits. so we spent the evening trying on everything and snapping photos! shall upload if i have the time.
den we went to eat ice cream. i was freezing after that cos the temp. dropped once again. den we went to queue up for tickets for disneyland which we were going the next day, mummy and val fell asleep on the bench while we were queueing. den we went back to e hotel and had a good night's sleep. well.not really. i woke up in the middle of the night cos i was jetlagged and started playing my harry potter game. lols.
15th dec, friday.
mom woke all of us up at 8 in the morning. we couldn't get up and were fighting on who was gonna wake up first. finally i woke up first, den we all dressed and were ready to go to the theme park.
first ride we played was the jungle cruise, very exciting cos i was expecting something like the dinosaur land in genting which is absolutely NOTHING as compared to this. this is like so much more exciting and the guide which took us through the ride narrated extremely well. like without him, the ride would just be a normal ride. the scariest part was the piranas, reminded me of the leeches in the movie, a series of unfortunate events.
after that, we went right on to indiana jones, which was the funnest ride as proclaimed by my whole family. as well as the pirates of the carribbean, in which we all got the tune stuck in our heads. *yo ho yo ho a pirate's life for me*
de next ride we went on to the haunted mansion holiday. which was mainly based on the nightmare before christmas. the entrance to the ride was first a ginormous elavator which took as many as 25 ppl down one level while explaining the main storyline of the nightmare before xmas. den it was the ride which was in cute little egg-shaped carts which brought us through the..like the whole movie. very interesting.we played about almost every ride there, and the scariest was space mountain which is a much more terrifying version of panasonic.i shut my eyes all the way, although it was alr dark enough.
den there was this entirely cool disney show on the water which had captain hook's ship, the jolly roger actually sailing across the lake in the park. den there was the magnificent fireworks display followed by 'snow' which was actually foam. den we kinda lost my mom and sis along the way but we finally managed to find each other. then we went to try this attraction known as the 'enchanted tiki room' it actually turned out to be a room where all the birds sing to u which practically put my entire family to sleep, except me, i was watching intently at the singing birds. i can still rmb the song manns.

kinda catchy tune, actually. den we were all so tired... and we walked slowly back to the hotel which was two traffic lights away and went straight to bed.

netball farewell
today was the netball farewell. hmms. ytd, when i got a call frm ms chung, i was like so thankful the farewell was today. cos i was off from work today, so everything fits perfectly.
at first i went there, everyone was working on the sketch book to be given to the teachers. then soon, it was time for dinner. not bad lahs. food very nice =)
after that, my sis, isis and me went to the piano to playy.. playy playy playy until kq called. den went to meet her at the front gate.
at 9+, the event started first by performance by the sec ones. so cute larhs. my sis was in a spaghetti top lahs.. she supposed to be some caveman. wah super cute sia. her hairstyle also. xD
denn after that was speech and den everyone cryy, and den present. quite touching larh. cos tchers still rmb me and kq, altho we always nv go one. hahahs.
denn our turn to talkk, but start from kq. so rush lah. den my mind also blank out. anyways, wad i wanna say i can say here. lols
thank u to ms heng and ms chung(said alr)
to ms heng, for never seeing us as invisible players. altho we weren't part of the team(not really) u always saw us as part of the netball family. ur forever active and bubbly, and not much of a teacher but a friend to everyone. ur encouragement really drove me to wan to be a school player once in sec 2. but i did not get through the trial test so i wasn't chosen, and after that, i guess i just chose to gave up. hahas. thank u for ur patience with me and kq. we're always taking everything as a joke but u never got angry at us. and u never failed to invite us to every event which required our participation. no teacher has ever done that for me before. so im truly touched. *hugs* i'll never ever forget u. and i'll miss u alorts too =) good luck in everything u do.
to ms chung, i never really see u in netball but in class, ur the teacher who really never gave up on our class, even though u saw us drop from A1 to C6. u continued to push us, and yupp. my prelim results were 37/70 but ur remarks there was still : vivienne, good job but continue to do better.
lols. its funny cos after my math paper 2 on friday. from fri to tue, within these 4 days. i went from anti-poa to loving poa. i enjoyed doing all the questions and surprisingly, my tys which was extremely difficult to me at the beginning of the year now seemed enjoyable to do. and u even came back to school when u were sick to help us with our poa. lols. still rmb i owe u a meal? hahahs. yup. so i'll never forget u. and i also wish u all de best in everything u do.
also wanna thank all de sec 1-4 who prepared the performance tonight. really sweet of them.and the effort gone into making the gifts. continue to work towards ur goals, be it both academically or in netball. all de best in ur future.
ahahhas.after typing finish i feel like crying sia. gonna miss everyone. wuahahas. YCKSS JUST ROCKS CAN? ahahahs~

ghost whisperer
eeks! i love that show so so much! im so hooked onto it!! seriously!
its like every friday after my class i'll rush to get home by 10! de onli show that i keep up with this faithfully was charmed. =) but now i jus read de books. maybe they'll come out with the book series of ghost whisperer! lOLS!
a few days back, i had this really REALLY SUPER WEIRD DREAM.
for those who've actually heard me go on and on abt how captain jack sparrow can't die in potc2, you guys should noe well enough.
well then, my dream..i was swimming wif my sis, and all of a sudden, the water just turned murky and dark! den there were like dark clouds swarming in, and den...seagulls! u noe how in shows that whenever there are seagulls there is most likely a pirate ship nearby. (i think onli aud would noe wad im talking abt) denn suddenly, in de middle of the pool, the black pearl rose from beneath the water. i dunno how or wad, but it was a dreaM rite, so everything's possible . so me and my sis went aboard, and then that stupid octopus arrived. ah great. den it ate captain jack sparrow... yeahh den ended rite? but not in my dream! i went into that octopus to look for captain jack sparrow, i had to noe if he lived, and i had to get him outta there!
so in i went, and all i saw was this beaten-up sofa inside, the inside of an octopus smells funny. its like de damp smell. urks..and i didn't find him! i was yelling for him, but no one appeared. den i woke up.. AHH I CAN"T BELIEVE IT! I HAVE TO NOE IF HE IS THERE RIGHT?!
ohwells... i can always dream again! =D
holidays are here.. but i dun sound happy at all, do i? what's there to be happy about when its all studying for this week?
oh wish me luck for all that studying.
i will find captain jack sparrow soon enough.

CHE!
heyyos~ woahh i am so not bloggin! everyday's like so so packed with stuff that i only get to come online every friday, in which i indulge myself in using the com all the way from after school till at night~ coolness.
so i guess i could try to blog at least once a week. i miss my cam so much. did i even mention how i lost it?
careless me slid down the icy slopes of snoworld in Genting and in the split of a second, gone from me.. SADNESS LAHS.. i like broke out into tears straightaway!

WAHH! im growing fat! =(

you know what? my sis....MY SIS! she's outta de house for 3 days! thanks to netball camp.. WOOHOO!! well, it wasn't all well this morning.. its de first time she's like SO excited over it that she kept me and my youngest sis awake through the night! FINALLY when i actually fell asleep... her fone starts ringing...its her goddamn alarm!
if her alarm is just loud enough to wake her up..that's fine...BUT IT PRACTICALLY WOKE EVERYONE UP!
i regretted introducing her to that song... her alarm tone is 'dirty little secret'.. bet you guys should know how loud and noisy that song is when PPL ARE FAST ASLEEP!
i swear i never EVER wanna hear "I'll keep you my dirty little secret(Dirty little secret)Don't tell anyone or you'll be just another regret(Just another regret, hope that you can keep it)My dirty little secret" AGAIN!!!
worse still, i woke up to turn off her alarm, got back to bed...then her fren starts msging her..and its not juz one or two..ITS CONTINUOUSLY!!!! annoying? YES!!!!!!!!!
in the end, after she got out of the house, i could peacefully go back to sleep, thinking that after i woke up, everything would be perfect. i mean, no sis, no noise, no mess. and there seriously WAS NO MESs, since there's nothing to be messed up.. its like she's migrating or something... she took everything of hers with her! oh, and the worse part is... okays, imagine this:

in the end, after she got out of the house, i could peacefully go back to sleep, thinking that after i woke up, everything would be perfect. i mean, no sis, no noise, no mess. and there seriously WAS NO MESs, since there's nothing to be messed up.. its like she's migrating or something... she took everything of hers with her! oh, and the worse part is... okays, imagine this:
i jus woke up, of course de sleepiness wouldn't go away yet.. first place anyone would head to is to the toilet..
guess wad i saw...my shampoo, conditioner, GONE!!! DISAPPEARED!
that's not the worst part... MY TOOTHBRUSH! can you believe it... GONE!
TOOTHBRUSH! gawd, i thought with her in de house is bad enough...when she's gone..worse! i can't find any of my stuff!
fine... deal with the matter, i found a new one... then... of course, every morning, not like i can help it but my hair looks like those hay patches in the stables..that messy, yes...
andd again..she strikes...my comb.... MY COMB!!!
now you see how bad the situation is? hope the next thing i dun find missing is like, my socks? shoes? ahhh!!!!!
just came back from lunch... and now..im gonna sit here, the whole day... NO ONE TO SNATCH DE COM FROM ME... and play my game....

its been raining since this morning~ kinda reminds me of come clean - hilary duff
anyways, been a draggy mornin` i woke up, watched tv, cooked my own lunch[that's a first] andd did a little d&t thingg..until now. ohmanns! we gotta work 2 hours per day on our folio..that's tough..trust me
was watching pirates of the caribbean last nite..OH-SO-COOL! johnny depp, you never looked better.. xD crazee pirate named jack sparrow.. andd then i thought, being a pirate is kinda cool..don't u think? AYE AYE!
abc DJ, don't forget to watch! weather's freezing btw.. but its nice..lurve it when it rains. what should i do now? feeling kinda hungry...no no no no and no..not cooking again! im DEAD BORED! oooh... totally spies...hahas~ toodles..gonna watch!
